TERMS AND CONDITIONS | COASTAL LUXE

These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase of goods or services from www.coastalluxe.com.au.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.

CONTRACT AND PRICE

All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated or the product/service is exempt.

Description of goods, services and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time without notice. Although we seek to ensure information is correct, we make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete. If we discover an error, we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired.

By submitting an order you warrant that:

• You are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have chosen,

• the information you have provided is correct

A contract for purchase is only formed once we have accepted an order by issuing a receipt number.

DELIVERY

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, some items are offered free shipping or $9.95 flat rate. All shipments will be registered and require signature upon delivery. Delivery will take place 3 to 10 working days pending which state you are in. International Orders can take up to 30 days especially at busy periods for example, Christmas. However sometimes goods or services can be temporarily or permanently unavailable. Coastal luxe is not liable for any loss arising from delays in delivery or failure to deliver (although you may request a refund if you do not receive goods properly ordered).

When you place an order, we will provide delivery costs for you prior to checkout. 

Due to the value of the goods that we sell and in order to ensure your purchase is secure, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. Therefore, please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order. No deliveries will be made to PO Boxes as a result of this.

For some products we are unable to ship outside Australia or we may request additional delivery fees. Please email info@coastalluxe.com.au if you require international shipping.

EXCHANGE-REFUND-CANCELLATION POLICY

Coastal luxe offers an exchange and refund policy. Please note we do not offer an exchange or refund on sale items.
If you would like to return an item, please email returns@coastalluxe.com.au within 3 days of receipt stating why.  Returns will not be authorised after this period. Once approved you will be issued an authorisation number, and delivery address to return the goods to.  The item needs to be returned in it’s full packaging, tags in tact, by registered post. If we feel the item has been used, Coastal luxe has the right to refuse an exchange.  Coastal luxe will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods that are returned, so please ensure the item is packed securely and sent by registered post.
We go to great lengths to check your item is perfect once posted, however in the unlikely event your item is received faulty, please contact returns@coastalluxe.com.au within 3 business days.  No refund will be authorised after this.
To claim an exchange, or refund for a faulty item, please contact returns@coastalluxe.com.au.
Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

Coastal luxe excludes any condition or warranty, unless it is expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or is by law incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification.

Coastal luxe will under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising in relation to any transaction entered into, or any goods or services purchased, through this website.

PRIVACY

Coastal luxe respects your privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal information provided by you to us. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at www.coastalluxe.com.au/privacy-policy.

SECURITY POLICY

When purchasing from Coastal luxe your financial details are processed by our payment gateway service provider, Merchant Warrior. Payment and personal details are sent using RapidSSL’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
